Alena Joined the Dragoo Financial Group in October 2022 as our Financial Planning Analyst where she provided accurate, complete and holistic planning support to our financial advisors. She has since become an Associate Financial Representative where she is sitting second chair on client meetings and advancing her skills to transition into an advisor role.

Prior to joining the Dragoo Financial Group, Alena went to school and worked part time. She graduated from Oregon State University’s Business School with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. She values open communication, efficient teamwork and respect.

Alena was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and moved to Oregon in 2017 to pursue her degree in Finance. Her favorite pass times are cooking, exploring the coast, and spending time with friends and family.

Stephen joined The Dragoo Financial Group in September 2018 as the Director of Investment Operations. Stephen provides analytical and strategic financial planning for our investment operations and ongoing servicing of our client’s portfolios.

Prior to joining The Dragoo Financial Group, Stephen worked as a Financial Services Professional. As a licensed registered rep, Stephen has passed his SIE, Series 6, 63, and 7 exams as well as Life and Health Insurance licensing for Oregon and Washington.

Born and raised in Oregon, from 2007 to 2014 Stephen served in the US Air Force overseas. Following his service, Stephen received an MBA from Bushnell University in 2016 and the ChFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation from The American College of Financial Services in 2023. In his spare time, Stephen does long-distance running and explores the Pacific Northwest with his wife Autumn, two sons, Asher & Elias, and their dog Ziggy.

Arianne Custer joined the Dragoo Financial Group in October 2021 taking on the role of Insurance Coordinator. She quickly achieved her licensing in Life & Health and Annuities while simultaneously completing her notary training and licensing. 

Arianne is a multi-potentialist who brings a wealth of knowledge and over 17 years of customer service to the firm. Her positive outlook and can-do attitude allows her to transition between roles by looking at each challenge as a learning opportunity. She has taken on multiple hats since joining the team – including receptionist and office manager.

Arianne enjoys helping others and looks for opportunities both in the office and community. She is currently a Corvallis High School Band Board member and was previously a local AYSO board member for over 9 years. Outside of work and volunteering she enjoys spending time with her teenage children and dog, and working in her yard.

Emma joined The Dragoo Financial Group in February of 2023 as an intern, and eventually stepped into a Financial Planning Analyst role in July of 2023 providing support to the financial advisors.

Prior to joining the team, she attended Oregon State University and graduated in June of 2023 with a BS in Finance.

Emma grew up in Sonoma County, California, and moved to Oregon in 2018 to pursue her degree at OSU. When she’s not in the office, you can find Emma baking, reading, or crocheting at home with her cat, Sookie.

Sandy joined Northwestern Mutual as an Associate Financial Representative in September 2020, bringing a wealth of experience and a unique skill set to the table. Raised in Northern California, Sandy attended Sonoma State University in 1985 and has since developed a rich background in management, having opened and directed stores for high-profile companies such as Apple, Williams Sonoma, and Pottery Barn. Her innate ability to connect with people, coupled with her strong organizational skills, allows her to support clients at a world-class level.

Sandy’s transition to financial services has been seamless as she leverages her vast experience in customer relations and management to foster strong connections with clients. Her dedication to organization and efficiency ensures clients receive the highest level of service. Sandy’s background & knowledge brings fresh perspective to the team, and her ability to build authentic connections enriches the client experience.

Outside the office, Sandy and her husband Gregg enjoy traveling the globe and exploring all that Oregon has to offer. They love visiting Mt. Hood, The Gorge, and Bend, as well as dining at the excellent restaurants in the Portland Metro Area.

Grace joined the Dragoo Financial Group in February 2023 as a college intern. She stepped into the role of Operations Associate in July 2024 upon graduating from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics. She provides analytical and strategic financial support to the investment operations.

Grace lived all along the west coast before settling in Oregon to pursue her degree in at OSU. When not at work, Grace enjoys crocheting, knitting, and spending time with her family and pets.

Jacquie Gartzka Scott joined the Dragoo Financial Group in June 2021 as the Director of Client Relations and Marketing. Along with a knack for connecting with people and creating relationships, she brings strong project management and organizational skills to the team.

Before joining the team, Jacquie worked as a Senior Manager in Marketing and Promotions in the natural products industry and has spent several years working as a PGA Golf Professional at local courses in the area.

A Montana native, Jacquie originally moved to Oregon to work in the golf industry. When not at the office, you can find her gardening, walking the family dog, fishing/crabbing, skiing, and playing golf.

Lucy joined the Dragoo Financial Group in 2017 and works directly with Brady in client relations.

Lucy is an Oregon native, growing up in Portland before moving to Corvallis where she attended Oregon State University and graduated in 2019 with her Bacherlor’s Degree in Business Administration. Lucy moved back to Portland in the fall of 2021 to start medical school at the National University of Natural Medicine.

Lucy strongly values her relationships with others. She loves talking with people, learning more about them, and emphasizes empathy, compassion, and trust as the building blocks of a long-lasting relationship.

In her free time, Lucy enjoys taking trips as much as she can as well as spending time with family, friends, and her dog Phoebe.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Donny has dedicated his career to helping clients navigate their financial journey, and to achieve their goals by leveraging his knowledge, experience, and building relationships to develop personalized financial plans.

Having lived in Oregon for most of his life, Donny holds a degree from Western Oregon University, and he has proudly served the Portland area since 2000. Donny has built a career rooted in trust, integrity, and commitment.

Beyond his professional life, he’s been happily married to his lovely wife, Allison, since 2002, and he is the proud parent of two children, his daughter Jordan, and his son Owen. He spends his free time with his family and friends, enjoying all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.

As the Associate Wealth Management Advisor and a CFP^® professional, Brady is passionate about partnering with our clients to help them plan for and build for their best futures. Born and raised in the Corvallis community, Brady graduated from Corvallis High School, spending only a few years away for school.

He received a degree in business from the University of Puget Sound and his MBA from Oregon State University. Brady joined the Northwestern Mutual family in 2015 and loves working with the team at the Dragoo Financial Group. In addition, he is in his 23rd year of coaching high school basketball, most of those years at Corvallis High. Watching his two sons compete on their sports teams is by far his favorite thing to do in his free time.

Keith is an experienced professional who has devoted his career to strategic wealth management and financial planning. His approach draws on over thirty years of personal experience and the extensive resources of the Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company. Keith focuses on building long-term relationships based on integrity, knowledge, and commitment.

Keith Dragoo has a deep passion for listening to his client’s needs while allowing them to express their true financial goals. He is dedicated to providing solutions and distribution strategies as unique as each individual he serves. Keith Dragoo works extensively with successful businesses and individuals. His greatest value is his ability to connect with his clients and develop long-term relationships.

Keith started at Northwestern Mutual as a college intern while studying at Oregon State University. In 1983 he became a full-time Financial Representative for the company. In the years since he has built a wealth management team whose actions reflect our promise to always do the right thing for our clients.

Born in Minneapolis, MN, and raised in Portland, OR, Gregg has been a dedicated professional in the financial services industry for over 30 years. He graduated from Oregon State University in 1984 with a major in Finance and a minor in Science. As a Certified Financial Planner®, Gregg began his career in 1986, focusing on corporate retirement plans and managing personal finances for high-net-worth individuals.

In January 2003, Gregg joined the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network to take advantage of their extensive resources and tools. He is passionate about listening to clients' hopes and dreams, and tailoring customized financial and retirement plans to meet their unique needs. Gregg's commitment includes helping clients uncover unknowns in their financial situations and offering second opinions for those with existing advisors.

Beyond guiding clients, Gregg and his wife Sandy enjoy traveling abroad and exploring the many attractions of Oregon, including Mt. Hood and the Portland dining scene. He is an active member of the Multnomah Athletic Club, where he participates in various activities and events with friends.
